Three number types, one exact calculation
Choose integers, decimal tenths, fractions or any combination. Each expression uses one number type so students can focus on multiplication, division and sign rules.
Every sheet has seven products and seven quotients. Integer quotients may be fractions; decimal answers stay exact and use a reduced fraction when the decimal does not terminate.

Worked example
Calculate 0.5 ÷ 0.2, then 2 ÷ (−3).
2.5 and −2/3.
Division multiplies by the reciprocal. The decimal quotient terminates, while the integer quotient is written as a reduced fraction.
